There are a lot of different ways but this is what I did:
try listening to English tapes so that you would have better hearing abilities in this way you are able to understand what the examiner wants from you could also get familiar with different ways of answering questions.
You could also try the books that have mock exams in them so you get familiar with the questions they would ask you.
You should know something that the examiner isn’t going to check out if your answering the questions truly the important thing for her/him Is that you are able to answer questions and point out the important facts you should answer to them. Don’t be afraid it is really easy just try to answer the questions in a way so you can tell what you want and what you mean to the examiner.
