community guidelines!!!the traffic rules are for your own good so you won't get into accidents!!

I think Yahoo Answerers communiny guidelines than Traffic rules. But I wouldn't blame.

I have have more luck with arguing the guidelines than the traffic laws, but; I don't challenge either, so i tend to avoid problems that way.
The question is, was it the rule, the other drivers, the policeman, or you behaving badly that got you in trouble?
It could be all of the above.

At least the traffic laws are fairly clear and the cop will tell you how you broke them.

i jst hate traffic ,people keep on horning i jst hate noice i jst like to sit idle for 2 hrs in whole 24 hrs bt no time have to roam here & there next thing traffic i jst hate hate hate &hate traffic like ANYTHING
