Sven, his players know that he has massive club experience and have reacted to that. Also wtih the investment made he has been able to purchase the players he wants.
In addition, as they have started well their confidence is higher also.

The new owner that dodgy bloke from Thailand who bought the club as he was the one who got in Erikkson and supplied him with all that money to splash out on new players who have made man city a better team.

It must be a confidence thing amongst the players, New manager and New owner seems to give everyone that extra edge.
The same has happened at the toon with big Sam and Mike Ashley taking over..

you see , small teams always play gdd at the start of the season just like pompey did last season so i really dont think they have made any improvement they beat man u by so much luck but the gunners showed them who has the bullets to shoot !! go on man shitty u need some more training

To my way of thinking, it's too early in the season to decide if there has been an improvement.

The money that has been spent on all those players of course and a huge slice of luck that they all 'gelled' so quickly. . but then Sven was always known in Italy as ' a lucky manager' pity he wasn't so lucky with England !!!!
Though as recent results have shown his luck is beginning to run out as they have lost there last few matches......

Money, as we know with teams that have tried it in the past football does not buy you success but it certainly buys you (in the case of Man City) a better football team.

they have found out where the net is unlike last season when they couldn't buy a goal at home.and i suppose sven has a small input.
