I stopped taking BC about 3yrs. ago. The 1st year I didn't have a period. Then I started having them about every 5 months. It is hard for me to tell when I am ovlating. I go to the DR. ounce a month for my thyroid and alot of what my DR. says is that we have to get it under control and then my periods may become regular again. I think that my thyroid is doing better now, I have also done the Basil Tep. Charting but it does'nt seem to tell me much.My husband has been check and his sperm count is fine, I don't what to do, I would like to hear some advise if anyone can help me.

I would recommend asking your doctor about the possibility of a hormone imbalance called Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome being a cause for your irregular periods.
