when i get hard or sometimes when im soft i can make my penis move up and down kinda by flexing it
not braggin but can any one else do this or am i wierd??

Well, the penis is a muscle, so at times, rare times, it could have a spasm. However, if this is his first time laying in bed with you in that position, he could very well be trying to hold back his muscle from "growing" seems a bit immature on his part concerning his age (if you're sleeping together) I don't really know how else to put it. He may just be holding back "excitement", or having a very rare spasm.

Yeah, it's normal. It's due to the muscle that attaches the base of the penis to the body.
