A baby in a dream always represents a new energy entering your life--a new beginning, a new idea, a new birth within, or a new desire to be pregnant, even a premonition of an upcoming pregnancy. My bestfriend that is pregnant recently dreamt of holding her new baby which in the dream look liked an egyptian man and was born in 45mins! Crazy stuff.
I don't think it is an indication either way of what the baby's sex is just because you had a dream. Or that dreams really have any true meanings at all. I think it is just our subconsious filtering out all the garbarge we take in like TV, magazines etc...

some say it means your having a boy but could just be a dream I had a dream I was having a girl and I had a boy but I guess you never know good luck I will say my mother in law had a dream with a baby boy and girl and I was getting so big we thought I was having twins turned out I had a boy and her other son girlfriend was preggers and had a girl they didn't tell us she was preggers for a while thought so maybe your having a boy

I had permanent dreams of having a boy and have since found out Im having a girl so I dont think it means an awful lot.

I don't think it means anything solid, except that perhaps deep down in side you would like to have a baby boy!

I use to have random dreams that I was prego with a boy...and that I was at McDonalds with a little boy.......but im 7 months prego with a girl!

It means you have a 50% chance of having a baby girl. In my case, it meant I had a boy.
In pregnancy, I don't believe it is any real indication of the sex of your baby.

Mean give birth to a male baby but it depends on God about baby's sex
