Does Australia have a minimum wage? If so, than that. Fast food/grocery stores/etc generally pays according to age, and 15 is the bottom of the pay scale. Don't expect to much at this age, its more about opportunity. Take the job seriously, even if you are working drive thru. Use this job as a good way to learn about the work environment, workplace politics and people skills.

About $7 an hour but I would recommend checking with your manager as well to see what they say.
