For Latin languages i could say Italian because of the fact of how musical it particularly is. They rigidity their syllables greater so than the different Latin language. that is unquestionably the language of love no longer French. And in case you have ever dated an Italian female you will understand what i'm speaking approximately RollllloooCoooaaassster. there is an expression that the Spanish use. in case you opt to chat politics you talk French. in case you opt to chat love you talk Italian. in case you opt to chat to God you talk Spanish. in case you opt to chat to a cow you talk German. Out of the Celtic Languages-Irish. it is likewise an quite musical language. For Germanic Languages it particularly is a toss up between Swedish and Norwegian because of the fact of their rigidity on syllables. there are maximum of languages available that are romantic and passionate yet those are some my favorites.

You'd actually be wrong there my friend...

Yes, Italian or French may sound passionate, but if you have a very good understanding of your language, know what to say, how to say it, and have the voice to back it up, then so long as the listener speaks the same language, then it really doesn't matter what tongue you are speaking in.

Trust me.....I know from experience

Italian, definitely..the way they talk, the gestures, their tone...you can really tell what emotion that italian speaking person is feeling by listening to that person speak. french is romantic, spanish is flirty, finnmish is stoic, german eloquent, british english is quite pompous, japanese is formal, chinese is sing song while any indian languages are animated. i think i got carried away, haha
