If circumcision made a penis bigger all guys in the world would be circumcised. =O
But no, that's not the case. Most guys are uncircumcised (USA is the last developed nation to do it to a percentage of newborns; parents' choice).
If it works, it doesn't matter much which one you are, does it? You guys just accept that there's diversity; don't make fun of each other or make a debate out of it. If you know that yours works it's what matters.
Contrary to what Beacher-troll says, circumcision rates (on average for the USA) is about 55%; that was in 2003, when the latest stats came out. If the trend continued it's about 50/50 right now (compared to over 90% circumcised in the 1960s). Although it does vary a little by race; a minority of white guys got circumcised in some west coast states. So if you're white and old, chances are higher that you're circumcised, basically (or Jewish or Muslim; since they do it for religion). Here's the government statistics from 2003
http://www.cirp.org/library/statistics/USA/staterates2004/
So you guys appreciate each other and understand that just like skin color, eyes, faces, etc; all penises are different, too, m'kay? =P

Most men in the world are uncircumcised (about 80% or more) but in the USA, just over half of men are circumcised.
Uncircumcised is "normal", because that's how people are born, and circumcised comes after surgery. Although some people promote circumcision for various weird reasons like "it's cleaner", there is no proof of this.
And no they are the same size. Some people think circumcised looks bigger because the head is exposed - but you lose skin, so if anything, it's a tad smaller.

All males are born with foreskin, so uncut is natural and normal. Removing a healthy body part (and the foreskin is NOT "extra" skin) is not normal. More than 80% of the men in the world have natural foreskins.
In a few areas of the world (Israel, Saudi Arabia, the Philipines, and parts of the US) circumcision is the cultural norm, but that does not make it "normal," which unneeded surgery can never be.
Less is not more -- removing the foreskin makes the penis very slightly smaller.

well there isn't a normal one ppl got circumsized because they were jewish now some ppl do it to their kids because it's cleaner in a way (doesn't matte circ or not all you have to do is clean it). And for your second question having a circumsized penis does not make it bigger all they do is remove the skin at the tip of the penis so the penis length is not affected ( but if you want to be technical ppl with uncircumsised penises are longer because of the skin that hang out in front of their penis, which is not much)

being uncircumcised it natural and normal. Your parents chose to have your penis cut as a child and I am sorry for this. There is nothing you can do to change this but learn to accept what they did to you. There are many cut guys around but more of us intact ones. being cut or intact doesn't affect your penis size much. A intact/uncircumcised guy has more skin on his penis so it looks bigger and has more room to grow but this does not mean that being cut gives you a small member.
learn to accept your penis the way it is because you cannot change it.
:-)

In the USA as a white male you are the norm being circumcised. Across the country 80% + of males are circumcised and are being circumcised. The only reason some regions have seen a drop is because Mexican breeding at incredible rates! 4 of 6 babies born in California are Mexican and Mexicans do not circumcise. While only one in 6 is white and the circ rate there is 38% which proves most white babies boys are still being circumcised. Seriously if you are white and males you are the norm in the USA! Be thankful, I was circumcised at 18 and can gaurantee you will enjoy a better sex life than your uncut friends, have a cleaner penis and live a healthier life! Most girls won't even look at an uncut penis in this country!

In the past circumcision was the norm, mostly for hygienic purposes. Now many hospitals have stopped doing it, though I personally believe it is better for hygienic reasons, and personally, it looks better. That is my opinion however.
It doesn't change the size. It only looks bigger because it is not sheathed ( covered by the skin).
