Once more, with feeling: there can be no Carmen Winstead ghost because there was no Carmen Winstead. It's an urban legend that's been debunked by Snopes.com, a site that's pretty much a clearing house for the truth or falsity of various e-rumors, scams, and similar things that can now move at lightning speed thanks to the Internet.
Another good site is TruthOrFiction.com. They also try to keep up with the latest rumors and urban legends.
