Seriously, most have my family have done this @ some point, myself included. Usually, I try to make sure they don't hurt themselves or go outside (one young relative would usually head straight for the door with her comforter wrapped around her!). If they're walking & talking, joining the conversation is usually *loads* of fun.
If my SO ever does this, I'd probably change the sheets while he's wandering, just to see the look on his face when he wakes up in different bedding.

well you shouldnt disturb them and wake them up... they can go into shock or something. if theyre talking, go on with the conversation too. or if in the kitchen or something watch them so they dont break nothing.
