This happens to me all the time!
Sometimes it makes it hard to sleep! (Particularly if its a bad song.)

I had a five year run with "We Are the World." 5 years. 5 years straight. Whenever there was a pause in my life, that song would come out of me. 5 years. The last year or so I've been OK. I've had some variety. Eventually I completely forgot about the song. UNTIL NOW YOU BASTARD PERSON!

Yes! Oh Yes! But I have found a cure....just listen to music when going to bed, not on repeat of course. The last song I had stuck in my head was "I like to move it, move it" from Madagascar....I REALLY hated that movie!

Yes, I remember the night before I was going to take my professional licensure test, that song by Faith Hill "This Kiss" was playing in my mind over and over and over... I hardly got any sleep that night.
I did pass my test though!

oh my! all the time! and it can start out like, today, my friend was singing Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen, and when it goes carry on, carry on, the song changed to that my chemichal romance song that says carry on carry on and then that combo was stuck in my head for like 2 hours when we were at the park! its crazy

I get songs stuck in my head that I only know one line from.... so I have to sing that one line to myself for hours on end =\ it's a vicious cycle, very sad to watch..
