It was forcibly closed on March 31, 1774 but I can't find when it was reopened.

Americans were able to re-open the port after the British evacuated Boston in March 1776.

The date typically given for this evacuation is March 17 (thereafter celebrated as "evacuation day")

But it seems this may have been the day they retreated to their ships. They actually left the harbor --for Halifax, Nova Scotia -- about ten days later. (I find sources that say March 26, others the 27th. Don't know if one is mistaken, or if they perhaps started out on the 26th and finished or were gone by the 27th.)
