Ok, I know to wait 6 weeks for intercourse, but what about other things? I have had a very high sex drive after giving birth and my hubby loves the attention, but how long should we wait before doing something that is pleasurable for me? It's only been 2 weeks.

I believe the reason you aren't supposed to put anything in your vagina before 6 weeks is because you are giving your cervix time to get back to normal. Bacteria can get inside if it is still dilated.
