it is ok.. it is good to be on such a presise schedule.. as for me, my shower is usually earlier since i had to be at work at 650

It is not ok to take a shower at 6:50AM if other people in the house are taking their showers at 6:30 and use up all the hot water. Then you would be freezing and you would be too cold to get yourself clean.
I cant think of any other reason why you couldn't take a shower at that time.

Whatever keeps you clean is a good thing...though as to 6:50 am, I would have to factor in
1. What time you have to be at school/work
2. How long you spend in there
before deciding what's ok. If it makes you late, you might want to reconsider, but if not, there shouldn't be a problem.
Unless you've got OCD. That ought to be checked out if you have.

Yes, why wouldn't it? I take a shower at 7am every morning and I'm fine. Just drink lots of water so that your skin doesn't get dry
