Teen Boy covered in ketchup and cooking oil and sexually assaulted by three Girls.
Sex attack phone girls detained
The boy suffered extensive bruising
Three girls who sexually assaulted a boy during a three-and-a-half hour "happy slapping" ordeal have been given detention orders of up to four years.
The girls, two aged 17 and one 16, were convicted of false imprisonment and causing a person to engage in sexual activity without consent.
Inner London Crown Court heard the victim, now 18, was stripped, punched and kicked while the attack was filmed.
It took place in a flat in Woolwich, south-east London, in March 2006.
The court heard that in a recording the boy could be seen being forced to sit in a cold bath while ketchup and kitchen oil was poured over him as he begged for mercy.
This kind of behaviour went far beyond even serious bullying

After several hours the boy managed to escape, with some of his clothes, and went to his ex-girlfriend's mother's house.
He had red marks on his face, was bleeding from one ear and a doctor's examination revealed extensive bruising all over his body.
Pain and humiliation
The judge told the girls he was satisfied there had been "some kind of non-payment of some kind of debt and as a result of that... you decided to teach the victim a lesson".
"This kind of behaviour went far beyond even serious bullying, and amounted to the infliction of pain and humiliation on the victim, which is intolerable behaviour."
One of the 17-year-olds, said to be the ringleader, received a four-year detention order.
The 16-year-old was given three years' detention and the other 17-year-old was given a two-year detention and training order.
The trio, who cannot be named because of their age, were found guilty of false imprisonment and causing a person to engage in sexual activity wi

they should be sentenced as any man who was to do it to a female in the same type of case and have a record of a sex offense and have to register as a sex offender just as any man would.

It relies upon. if it is the 1st time the offense got here approximately, then definite that's harsh. yet while the toddler keeps to proceed the offense, then i do no longer think of that's merciless. the only situations that must be happy are those: a) The discern could supply consent first, because of the fact the Disipline Code does not point out that the toddler might must be made to bathe lavatories in the event that they commited a undeniable offense. b) they should settle for the right sanitary kit so they're no longer getting sick, and could be shown the right thank you to bathe, without truly touching the urine/feces. the subject is that many situations, it's going to be the comparable toddlers interior the suspension room, who proceed to dedicate their offenses because of the fact, at that component, they have no longer something to lose-purely yet another suspension. in the event that they have been given a minor form of punishment, like cleansing lavatories, that ought to instruct them that they have got something to lose (truly doing actual hard artwork), that ought to sidestep them from doing it returned. Minor varieties of corporal punishment are used via father and mom. some father and mom positioned cleansing soap of their toddler's mouths. issues like that that don't harm the toddler are stable kit for coaching the toddler to no longer repeat their action.

All I know is if a 16 or 17 year old boy raped or sexually molested a girl, let alone two 17 year old boys and one 16 year old boy ganging up on one girl, the boys would undoubtedly be tried as adults and sent to prison for a very long time for a charge of or equal to rape, and all three of them would have since been molested and raped by Butch, their cellmate, on a daily basis. I'm not saying that I disagree with that but why shouldn't the girls face the same fate? Detention? Boys get life and girls get timeout? Come on. And don't any of you feminist say that it isn't the same, because that's just silly. The crime was the same, therefore the punishment should be the same. End of story.

When is sexual assault not sexual assault? NEVER! Sexual assault is sexual assault regardless of gender or contributing factors. If the simple act of touching someone is an act of sexual assault then how would any right thinking rational person concider this case to be anything less than 'prima facie' a crime of violation? The very act of video recording the event gives the accusation of 'Res ipsa loquitur' ("The thing speaks for Itself") credence.
The sentence must befit the crime and the degree of violence. Draconian decrees and harsh and unusual punishments are not the answer. Lengthy prison terms are. Give Girls what You would give to Boys. That is what true equality is all about.

I'm unpleasantly surprised by some of the 'joke' calls for raping... though, i'm equally unpleasantly not-surprised by the amount of calls for castration of men accused (though not necessarily guilty) of rape.
I agree with those who say that these girls/women should be treated identically to any boy/man found guilty of identical (or as close as can be, given the differences in genitalia) crimes.
So, a few thumbs down - and a few thumbs up.

Those girls sound like psychopaths. What they did was stomach-turning- not understandable in the least. I think that their sentences should include psychiatric evaluations and treatment, as well.

Castrate them! Oh, I'm sorry, if the assualter were a male, you'd have a chorus of people calling for castration. Since they are females, well, it was just hijinx that got a little out of control, right? Wrong! The punishment ought to be exactly what it would be if the genders were reversed, and that would be easy to discover by checking court dockets of similar cases.

All sexual assaults to that degree should be given a base punishment of seven years incarceration, at hard labour.
That's just my opinion though. Who the hell cares?

Do any of the "women" that answer these questions have sons? Or brothers?
If it were boys doing this, there would be a lynch mob....just like with these teachers sleeping with their students. I say lock them all up, or take them out to an island to defile themselves and rot. People screwed up enough to do this will probably do it again.

lol, wow, in america that would be many guys fantasy(not mine but some of my friends) lol i dont think rape would be good. I think they should have been punished a little more then they were, but if the people in there school know who they are then I suppose that will be punishment enough. No guys will ever date them or even get near them. I am sure the victim will be telling everyone who they are, so i suppose there punishment is good enough, maybe adding a fine or paying the victim some money or something would be better.
