im in shock!!! HONESTLY! I always expected him to pass away when got older :( what are your opinions?

Yeah, -Luciano's gone. He was 71- I hear. Now he's singing for the Angels on high... He had one heck of a good "engagement". He left the World a better place... :)

He's been sick for a long time. During the day yesterday I'd heard comments that led me to believe his end was coming soon.

I posted a question early this morning asking for peoples prayers for him.
Sadly he passed away soon after, yes he will be sadly missed

I heard a few weeks ago that he had pancreatic cancer, so I was not shocked. It's sad to think of that beautiful voice silenced forever.

Its sad...but yes, everybody dies. He lost a battle with pancreatic cancer. A painful way to go.
He will be missed. The rich and velvety tenor voice will live forever....

It is such a loss to the world of music lovers. I had heard 2 months ago he had pancreatic cancer.

Sad, the last time he was in the hospital he said he was looking forward to seeing his parents again.

its a tragedy and the world of musics great loss he was a great artist and i always have enjoyed his rich tenor.
