no, the accord is 4x114 and the civic is 4x100 they wont fit on each other... you have to make sure the spacing is right between the lugs... just the pattern means nothing... but integra rims will fit on the civic they are 4x100, and prelude rims from 92-96 will will fit on the accord, also lancer rims from 00-06, and infinity g20 rims will fit that lug pattern, the only enemy now is tire width... and rim height , try these out as an option.....

Realistically, no. As a start the Civic is designed for a transaxle to drive the front wheels. That means the engine is transverse (mounted sideways). For 4WD the engine power has to go to a transfer case so the engine has to be turned around, and there is just no room under the hood for that.

no the civic is 4x100 the accord is 4x 104.5
Most aftermarket rims have both sets predrilled.
