Byron is a black man's name...i've never met a byron with any other skin color, and i've met quite a few Byrons...Byron John doesn't work well together... John Byron sounds better, but the names really don't go together.....

I love both of the names, but also agree with the first poster. John Byron has a better "ring" to it.

I think it's a nice, strong boy's name.
Note to zestysesky: My cousin's husband is named Byron and he is not black, not that it would matter if he were. That was just a wierd comment you made.

Not so much. Too comon. The name Byron doesn't sound like an attractive man to me, does it to you? Think also how the name will sound at different points in his life. Sorry if it's not what you hear, but since i am the general public I just wanted to give my opinion on how I think it sounds, no offense.
