I went to this school years ago

They teach this 'elementary beginning thing'
called C&E - it's trademarked
C&E just shuts those voices off
they also got this thing called Fieldwork
another trademarked thing
it gives you the ability to focus on one single thought for extended periods of time
and no thing else exists
When I first started
it took about 5 to 20 minutes of intense work
to quiet the inner chatter
then in a few years of practicing
I could do it in three breaths
now all it takes is intent
cause I know I can
Sometimes something happens
or I wake up from some dream with an attitude
and the clamor goes
and my intent dont work
so I turn to some thought and alow my chosen thought to dwell
then I end up with something that I can more easily dismiss
and I have my quiet again
But the school has changed
those who first did things
laid down the pathways
now beginners come in
and get a whole lot of things in just 4 days
I think sometimes that I am one
of the schools bigest advertising agents!
