I've been seeing a girl for a little over a year. She seems to have all the qualities I want but I'm a little hesitant to move too far forward. A lot of my friends have gotten married and divorced in recent years but I've never been engaged. I have had some letdowns though. How can I tell if it's time to take things to another level?

you have to ask yourself what do you want from this relationship, imagining yourself with kids and miss right remember that love is not about stars and moon is about commitment and dedication that does not mean you will not have argument now and them or the fact that you might have to sleep in the couch from time to time... but is the intentions in your actions that matters. how do you see the future are you ready for just one person until you die? think about that.. life is full of people that think that married now and whenever walkout is OK.. but in reality is more complicated than that.
