Phyllis brings too much drama to the show to be jail for her full sentence. She will get out soon when Michael wins his appeal.

I think she will be out sooner then what people think. It's going to come to light that Brad isn't Brad (Micheal Baldwin figures this one out) so that will drop her sentence because without Brad being Brad nothing technically didn't happen.

Phyllis won't be in jail for long. Her conviction will be overturned. Because Brad Carlton is a false identity (his name is really George Kaplan), Phyllis never committed a crime against him. She can't get in trouble for doing something against a person that doesn't even exist.

I don't think she will be let out until like beinging of October or end of September. Some things got to come out first, before she gets out.

She'll be in for a couple of months, Michael will win on appeal. Summer will be proved to be Jack's.
I don't know why people don't like Phyllis, she brings spice to the show!
