I was involved with Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts for many years. Both the Den and the Pack had a uniform locker. As boys grew, moved up, or dropped out, the committee would encourage the boys parents to donate their uniforms. Get the name of your local Cub Master or Scout Master and ask if there are any uniforms available.

I would check your local Goodwill/Salvation Army Thrift store...I tell my Cubs parents to try there...each fall 5 or 6 always end up geting donated there, and always really cheap!
