I may be the only person in America a little happy about it. I was homeless until a friend asked me to occupy and maintain a house until it sold. I've been here for a couple years now and doing real well. I hope it doesn't sell before I can land a decent job and get my life together.

No. We are very, very lucky to have stable jobs and enough income to pay the bills. We bought a fixer-upper in California a few years back, before housing prices climbed. Not exactly able to do all of the updates that we want to do, but we're still doing okay. As I said-- we're pretty lucky, and we know it.

Yes, the @sshole realtor that owned the house next door moved in because he couldn't sell the house. Idiot, might want to try having a freakin open house once in a while, and maybe not paint the trim baby sh!t brown, that might help him sell his house, ya think? And we have a shared driveway, which is causing a living hell here!!!!!

Yeah - I'm an loan underwriter and I've been a loan officer - luckily I still have a job but I'm not able to make as much money as I once could. It's tough and it's gonna get tougher before it gets easier.

Yes. I've been trying to sell my house for two years now. It's worth every penny, but no buyers because of the market.
