I live in Irvine Califonia and i was wondering what is the best bang for your buck.

Most cable companies have territories... so it really depends on where you live as to what sort of "deals" you are going to get. If you live in a place where you can get Direct TV, that is pretty good... Time-Warner Cable has a three-package deal with cable, internet, and digital phone for $30 each...
