I don't know the chapter, but I can tell you that if they don't mention Emotional Intelligence then they'll be wrong. It's being taught in large corporations and used on employment tests before even hiring anyone. It's also used in everything from personal development and family relations to sports. Think you aught to be familiar with it, if your going to be on the planet for a while.
