depends on the person.which ever has the better education and drive to make a better place for themselves. but this goes for every type of people.i do not think color has anything to do with it. look at Oprah or Jessie Jackson.

You've got it all wrong; neither has a harder time making it in this world; it's the white man who suffers from all the reverse discrimination. A black man will always be picked over a white man because of the quota system; same goes for women.

Well that an interesting question.. But I would hope that it would not be like that based on the color or sex. I would and hope it is based on how smart they are and how well they work. But every place is different, but I do think in some places it is harder for a black man , and in some its harder for a women.. all depends!

Oprah made it real big but it was just her hard work that got her where she is & i love her

I would think it would be whoever has the most education and qualifications for their profession. Why does color have to be brought into it? When we stop seeing color there will be no more prejudice's. If we keep bringing up a reminder we'll never go forward.
