Yes. I may not like the facts, but they don't go away or change unless I improve. The only way to improve is by being frank in my evaluations. The difficult part may be to decide on one goal at a time to strive for.

I try not to! Unfortunately I am responsible for my actions and have to live with myself. Otherwise, I would lie to myself constantly to keep from being depressed. My lies are when I tell myself that all is well and beautiful in my world. Then the honesty comes out... It could bite me!
