No they are close friends. You need to be reminded
that freedom and equality is for everyone--not just
who you think deserves it. I love those 2 women for
what they have accomplished and done for mankind
as a whole. Sorry you don't agree.

maya angelo is in no way uppity! she is very down to earth!
i have met her many times, she lives about 15 mintues from my house, her house looks just like mine....oprah...kind of uppity, yes but she still knows where she came from...i think she trys to forget though...but i would too!
