If that's how they make their living, they need the insurance. It would ruin her career if Tina broke a leg or a hip, wouldn't it?

Those are what makes them BIG BUCKS if anything happens to them they may not be worth as much in Hollywood standards. Doctors and Dentist (to name a few) also do things like that. Our friend is a dentist and his hands are insured. If he injures them he is out of work, just like those celebs.

I think a lot of this type of insurance is done mainly for publicity purposes. It sounds good to fans when their favorite celebrities do things like that.

whatever makes you money you'd better insure it, cause if it goes out of business you may too.
