I have decided that i am going to double major in management science and communications because these are the 2 majors that interest me the most and i couldn't decide which one to focus on. What are some career fields i could go into with these degrees and also grad schools that specialize in these majors.

... and then maybe combine the two into an MA in Media Communication Management for the grad school program. Webster (St. Louis) does a Media Communication Management MA for example.

The combination (after some experience) should set you up in the management of communication function in the industry of your choice.

Both majors are generalist in nature so it's your experience and background that is going to establish "what job". Do an internship at a radio station and it could well be program director but do the internship at a newspaper and you could be looking at circulation or advertising AM.

Every business needs people with good communication skills so you needn't even work in the comms industry - you're setting yourself up to be "a management candidate with strong communication skills" which is very high demand.
