Obviously with an attorney, but of course you know that, There are good answers here from some lawyers. The trick may be muliple postings because I know the top two leaders in this category are from the opposite ends of the country. The top contributor is a NY attorney and the 2nd is from the west coast. The complexity of the question is a big factor, too. There are on-line search sites that are free, like (nameofyourstatefindlaw.com I use a legal search engine that costs about $350 a month so I can't vouch for one site over the others. Hopefully, someone else will have more exact links, but there are on line sites. My state bar has attorneys who give free 1/2 consultations, so that's a potential resource. Is there a state agency, like an Insurance Commission, that could help? You see--it's tough without knowing the actual question to give you good guidance.
