I do my best to guarantee everything I say, unless it is apparent that I'm not serious. But there are no guarantees because I don't have control over things. I can just try my best to do what I say I'll do.

No. I never make promises. I can't see the future and I don't know what's going to happen so I don't know if I will have to break a promise. I don't want anyone to ever say " but you promised".
