watch shows bassed more twards the female gender such as
-Oprah
-The Veiw
-sopeoprahs
-the Tyra Banks show
I have noticed that alot of men complain about these shows but then you catch them watching them

I watch these shows sporadically. I do not find them entertaining. I do however enjoy the insight of the female point of view. Men & women do think diferrently and I would like to understand the opposite sex. I think any man whom would endure these shows just for the understanding of their mate is selfless.

I like Oprah, privately :) Don't like to watch it with the wife because then she would want to watch it with me everyday.
I also like Tyra Banks I think shes beautifu but again I wouldn't want to watch the show every day, like gina bena wena says they are to girly.
The view I really do not watch, it's a pure hen house, with nothing but cackeling hens going at it non stop.
sorry have never seen or even heard of sopeorahs?

I kind of think that some guys watch The View just to ogle Elizabeth Hasselbeck.
With that having been said, though, there really is no cut and dried answer to the question. Some guys may just like the views presented in those shows.

Because they want to understand women. Some men also just love to watch the show. They don't consider them gender-based or -aimed, they just think that Oprah chick has some good ideas thar.

Why do women watch NASCAR, football, baseball, basketball, and other sports? These shows are all aimed at men yet many women watch them. Just because a particular program is mainly intended for a certain group doesn't mean that others can't watch them.

Some men may do it because they find it interesting but others just want to criticize women as they talk about certain issues so they watch and scoof them

They probably use them in order to be able to act as though they actually care abotu womens concerns so that they may get into the pants of the women they are after.
