Communism is bad because it misunderstands human nature.
Life is a competition. For ever meal you've had, something had to die. Whether you are an amoeba or a human you are driven by self interest.
Now, a long time ago, many life forms learned that cooperation made them better competitors. Life learned that self interest could be served by group interest.
So here’s the deal, both predatory behavior AND cooperative group behavior come from self interest. Also predatory behavior is NOT the opposite of group behavior. A pack of wolves is not less predatory because they cooperate.
Karl Marx, the father of modern Communism, correctly understood that self interest was the source of predatory and anti group behavior, but he never really grasped it was also the source of group behavior. He saw self interest as the problem. So any economic system driven by self interest, such as Capitalism, was also a problem.
Self interest is the fire that drives society's engine.
Now fire is dangerous and caution must be taken to see it's properly restrained. But a Communist is someone who perpetually cools the fire of self interest and then wonders why the engine is running poorly.
Communism squanders the talent of millions, because it is too short sighted to see the simple wisdom in rewarding it.
One does not have to be very smart to know the credo:
"From each according to their ability, to each according to their need"
Will not attract people with ability.

Communism isn't bad. It's a beautiful idea. But no one has ever created a true Communist economy. The Soviet Union was not. China is not. Cuba is not.
Perfect Communism has no Government. No one makes decisions. The entire group decides spontaneously. There are some isolated small communities of Christians and others that try to do this, but being human they can't make it perfect.
These communes do not work the way "Communist" countries work. In a true commune, everyone decides things. In "Communist" countries, only an elite few decide. No one else has any say at all. That is not true Communism.

Because it is stupid. What do I mean? It completely ignores some of the most basic and obvious facts about mankind. People simply will not work harder or more efficiently unless they will be rewarded for their extra effort. In Capitalism, the best and the brightest are acknowledged. The risk takers, the improvers, the best competitors are rewarded. That competition benefits everyone.
It is deplorable and stupid to ignore mens shortcoming or vices. It is equally deplorable and stupid to ignore mens virtues. The slacker deserves to be reviled the producers deserve praise and reward.
Communism does not reward the producers nor revile the slackers. Rather, it treats both equally. Whether a worker produces a pound or a ton he is equally compensated. This action rewards poor performance and punishes excellence.
This is the basic flaw in the concept that explains why communism fails every time it is tried. It also explains why the standard of living in Capitalistic countries is the highest in the world.
The other stupid thing about it is that communists keep trying the same failed system over and over yet expect different results. That is just plain stupid.

Because it's an ideal that would only work if the leader was perfect and everybody could get along perfectly and think the same way. It's sort of like a religion that everybody has to believe in. Well, people are human and don't think the same way or get along perfectly. So, they always get tough on their people to make them follow it and deny them freedoms like those we have in America. It's the true Big Brother state.

It isn't in theory, the practicalities of ensuring that everyone is treated equally and works for the common good as well as the welfare of everyone are difficult due to human greed.
The idea that everything belongs to everyone and is shared out equally ensures that crime and poverty are pretty much wiped out. Unfortunately to ensure that everyone is doing their bit can lead and has led to a police state in most communist countries, this gives absolute power to the people who are responsible for the co-ordination of work and wealth distribution and, as has been said, 'Absolute power corrupts absolutely'. The notion that 'everyone is equal but some are more equal than others' is down to the abuse of the position some individuals have within a communist infrastructure which can be used to make things better for themselves rather than better for the community as a whole.

Communism was meant to be a good because everyone will live the same people will not die of starvation and everyone gets same education, and shelter but this theory will not work because all people are different and it will not be fair if one person is a hard worker and another one is lazy why would they get them same pay

Communism in its pure form is beautiful; everyone sharing everything and working together. But because of human vices, communism turns into a vehicle of slavery.
Put it this way: A society that functions by maintaining the status quo by everyone taking as much as he or she gives would be extremely vulnerable when someone steps up and assumes power, living autocratically feeding off the communistic lifestyle of his or her followers.
The answer is, no, communism is not bad. We just haven't found a way to make communism work on a large scale without having a tyrant take over.

Totalitarianism is bad. that is, it is bad for the government to control every aspect of its citizen's lives. Unfortunately, historical attempts at Communism have relied upon Totalitarianism, because if people are not motivated to be productive by the desire to earn money, they have needed to be persuaded by other means, usually force or the threat of force.

Communism is the perfect form of government when it's pure Communism. However, most Communist governments have been mixed with a Dictatorship, and hence, they've failed.
Communism is based on equality. Equality is perfect. It's something we should strive for, not suppress.
