No. The bank will probably not give you access until they count it on the next business day.

If you deposit inside the bank with a teller depositing if for you it will show up immediately so in that scenario the answer is yes.
depositing through atm is more difficult it will work if you first arrange with the bank to automatically clear your deposits for instant credit when depositing with atm

Some banks will give you access to a portion of the money deposited. Otherwise you may have to wait or you can try cashing the check against your account at the teller.

you have to wait for 3 days for the atm deposit to go thru.
