Honey, you cant ever tell someone you love that it's time to move on. They dont want to hear it, but what you can tell them is that YOU are moving on, that you will no longer be able to give them the time and attention that they are craving in the relationship and that the situation is not going to change. Need for survival will kick in and they will move on by themselves...I believe its a necessary skill to learn, I think everyone understands how it feels to have thier heart broken at least once, its like a splinter in your heart that takes years to be pushed back out...aaah, love, I guess the tradeoff of having such a magnificent gift is a bit of heartache before we really get the love of our life...Take Care.-Rachel.

well face to face is a good start.....no on the phone..or e-mail....then you do it..in the most gentle, and most considerate way possible.....if there is a way like that....moving on from someone..and telling them..is never easy..xxxxx

If being straight up doesn't work Don't tell them, show them. Actions speak much more louder than words.

You just have to have a heart-to-heart with that person and explain your feelings. If that person really cares for you, he will understand and accept your feelings and respect them.
