I'm planning a trip for my boyfriend and his friends for his 30th birthday... So if anyone knows of a good hotel that has suites available (there would be between 4 and 6 guys going) that would be preferable to getting multiple rooms. Also, I'd like to keep the cost below $400 per night...

The absolutely BEST hotel for partying is The Palms which is off strip and has differently themed suites for the party-goers. You can check out their website @ http://www.palms.com
Since you are looking for a hotel on the strip, I think that New York New York is the second best party hotel. Hope this helps!

For a party atmosphere the best hotels in Vegas are the Palms, New York New York, and the hard Rock. Both the Palms and the Hard Rock are a little off the strip, but cater to a younger crowd.

I would say New York New York since there are so many clubs in that hotel.

I LOVE NEW YORK NEW YORK! CAN'T TALK ABOUT THE PRICES CAUSE MY BOYFRIEND HANDLES THAT. BUT IT DEFINATELY HAS THE PARTY ATMOSPHERE, WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF CLUBS TO CHOOSE FROM, A KILLER POOL AND ALL THE GAME YOU COULD POSSIBLY WANT. DON'T KNOW YOUR AGE BUT NEW YORK NEW YORK HAS YOUNGER CROWD THAN MOST OF THE OTHERS WE'VE STAYED AT, EXCEPT MAYBE MGM. AND IT'S ALMOST TOO BIG, TOO CROWDED.
