What a lib.... listen carefully and PLEASE do not have children. People with your level of intelligence shouldn't be permitted to live let alone reproduce.

In this country it is illegal to cause physical harm to another human being. No matter if you use electricity or a gun. Both of those methods can potentially kill someone and you'll probably be facing attempted murder charges.

Oh, kidnapping's illegal as well. Most of the laws I've heard define kidnapping as moving, or preventing the mobility of, someone 15 feet or more.

It depends on the situation.

If one has a good faith belief that it will cure them of misspelling the word "electrocute", I might find that justifiable.
