I went to the bathroom about an hour ago and found bright red blood on the T. Paper.
Also, have been having lower back pain and a bit of tummy upset.
Should I be worried? Should I go to the hospital? Or wait it out?
Also, hubby wants sex tonight, should I knowing there was blood?
Also, the baby is still squirming around, so I know she is ok.

Call your doctor and he will probably tell you to go to the ER just to be checked out. I started bleeding like that after having sex when I was pregnant and the doctor said it was a busted blood vessel. I guess the pressure from the baby and from the other side caused it to burst. They said it wasn't anything to worry about.

Was there alot of blood or was it kinda' streaked in w/ some mucous?? Either way, you should hold off on the sex...(tell your b/f SORRY! ha ha), call your doctor also...sounds to me like you could be dialating (mucous tinged w/ blood is a sign of dialation), and the back pain and tummy upset are signs of early labor too...call your doc or go in to the hospital to have them check you out...depending on how far into the 36th week you are, they may want to try to stop labor or give you a steriod shot to prepare baby's lungs for early delivery! Don't worry, you're close enough to your due date that baby shouldn't have too hard of a time if you deliver now...if it was a lot of blood, get to the hospital NOW...best of luck to you!

You might of lost your mucus plug.
Please NO sex tonight. it you lost the mucus plug it could cause infection. Usually when mucus plug is lost baby needs to be deliverd in the next 12-24 hours
Call your Doctor now. Make sure you bags are packed.
Don't worry about calling your doctor late or at night. That is how it goes being an OB doctor.

i would get it checked out for SURE. bright blood is new blood, which should always be monitored. call your dr or maternity ward at the hospital for 24 hr answers. was it JUST blood or was there mucousy stuff with it? if there was also mucous, it could be your mucous plug. either way, ease your mind and call. and NO SEX until you find out whats going on.

Never question if you should see your doctor when you see blood. You need to tell your husband that instead of sex tonight, it looks like you might want to check on baby instead. Good luck!

you're maybe having a premature labor. having lowerback pain is a sign of labor and same as blood discharges. go to the nearest hospital now.

Please, for the sake of you and your baby, get checked out by your doctor. Also, please do not have sex until you find out what's going on. Tell your husband what you are experiencing and if he is a good man he should be able to understand that you need to take care of yourself and your baby.

but the blood is a NO NO !!!!!!!!!!!! this is an emergency !!!!!!!!!!!! you might be in labor,, if you lose your mucus plug before baby is ready, your baby will be born premature, and could die.
They can put a temp plug in their, to keep your baby alive.
