Break up the first one into two parts:

#1a

Seven hundred sixty-two million → 764 million

four hundred forty-two thousand → 442 thousand

764,442,000

#1b

twelve thousand seven hundred ninety-two hundred-thousandths:

12 thousand 792 hundred-thousandths

12792 hundred-thousandths

A hundred thousand is:
100,000
That's 5 zeros.
So a hundred-thousandth is:
0.00001
With 5 zeros too.

So fill it in, since you have 12792 of these 0.00001

0.00001
0.00002
0.00092
0.00792
0.02792
0.12792

So this part is 0.12792

#1

Put them together:

764,442,000.12792

#2

fourteen thousand, seven hundred two millionths

This is a million:
1, 000, 000

Six zeros. This is a millionth:

0.000001

That's also six zeros.

So what you want to do is break it down:

fourteen thousand, seven hundred two millionths

14 thousand, 702 millionths

14, 702 millionths

Now you write that, starting at the millionths place:

0.000001
0.000002
0.000702
0.014702

See? The answer is that last one.

Hope this helps.

.1 = tenths
.01 = hundredths
.001 = thousandths
.0001 = ten thousandths
.00001 = hundred thousandths
.000001 = millionths

So, hundred thousandths has to be in the 5th place after the decimal.
762, 000, 442.12792

That 2 is in the hundred thousandths place :)

And also... fourteen thousand, seven hundred two millionths. (decimal not whole for this one)
Millionths must end in the 6th place after the decimal:

.014702

All the stuff after the "AND" is a decimal. Since it is in the hundred-thousands, the decimal has 5 places. With that in mind, the number is
762 million, 442 thousand, 000 AND . 12792
