Not really. My husband was a total slut before I married him yet he acted like he had never had sex before with me. He acted like a 17 year old boy, even though he was 28 at the time.
Some guys will act shy, some won't. You can't always tell by the finish time because some men suffer from premature ejaculation no matter how much sex they've had. It's pretty much a trust thing. Because you can suspect a guy is a virgin just by how they act... but some guys will always act like they've never done it before. Go figure.

No, unfortunately not. There is no way to tell.
Weirdly, a lot of virgins are embarrassed and lie about it, whereas a lot of non-virgins want to pretend they've been waiting and not use a condom, so they lie about it the other way.
You can sort of make a guess based on what you know about their past, their experience, finishing time etc. but those are all guesses and not very reliable.

no. not biologically at least. but if he seems really unsure of himself and does not know "where to put it", then you can be pretty sure that he has never done it before.
