I've battled depression my entire life but I didn't realize it until lately. I am now on a prescription and I see a therapist monthly. I feel wonderful and much better, but I've also noticed that I don't feel as close with my husband anymore. Has "getting better" ever caused problems with your relationship?

I am not sure what you are referring to except that maybe he is use to a certain level of dsyfuntion int he relationship and now that you are getting healed, that level of dsyfunction has gone down and he is not use to that, you may appear to be a different person to him then the person he married.
In my theraphy (theophostics)((www,theophostic.com)) I pray that the emotions will come out, so we can see what the holy ghost is trying to deal with, with me, so issues like abandonment, invalidation, my anger, ect will come out, this puts a strain on the relationship because it causes problems in alot of disagreements. IE...I am tired of my hubby always moving my stuff around, he calls it housecleaning, thats very nice, but I can never find my stuff and I don't understand why I can't have my stuff in my own house were I would like it to be, without worrying that he will move it. My dad never moved my Mom's clutter. My brother did and we had to put locks on all our door's, but again, my Dad never touched my Mom's clutter (oh he would complain about it).
