The police don't get notified immediately. First to be notified will be Community Corrections, since they're the ones who monitor EM. They'll file a probable cause affadavit, and a warrant will be issued for your arrest. Also, a Petition to Revoke will be filed in the Court requesting that your probation be suspended and that you be returned to jail.

If you're on Electronic Monitoring, the device will send a page to the Community Corrections officer, notifying them that you left your boundaries. That's a felony charge of escape in every state. You'll be in jail serving time for the escape charge, as well as serving any time that was suspended when you were placed on EM or on probation.

If you aren't on EM, but you get seen out, it's still an escape charge and a violation of your probation.

If you're wearing "the bracelet" you'd be smart to stay home. Once you go beyond the designated amount of feet, a warning goes off at the police station. You'll be back in jail, then back in court, and probably sentenced to jail instead of house arrest next time.
Be smart and abide by the house arrest rules. At least you're at home and not behind bars.

There, they would be sure your punishment, many times based on your previous habit. it could variety from community provider to juvenile penal complex time to counseling. sometimes the law enforcement officers will "enable it flow" nevertheless, finding on how insistent the dad and mom are. If the dad and mom purely choose you residing house, and additionally you have in no way finished it in the previous, then they might purely return you. if your dad and mom opt to punish you over this, or if this could be a habit, or in case you have different strikes against you (lacking college, drug use, etc.), then it is going to flow to the juvenile justice gadget in CA. Why precisely is it you opt to run away? in case you have a valid difficulty, then I propose you employ a valid source. there are lots of components for youths with family contributors themes who choose help. in case you purely opt to run away to stay at your pal's residing house, then you somewhat ought to enhance up. this is immature, and additionally you would be able to get the two your pal and her dad and mom in complication. You do understand that her mom ought to be prosecuted for kidnapping over something like this? this is not worth it if this is over in effortless terms some time putting out jointly with your persons. i do no longer understand why you opt to run away, yet i will inform you, working away is a bad concept. the two end being immature (if this is for an immature reason) or use valid components to get help (if this is for something which comprise newborn abuse, neglectful dad and mom, etc.). in case you are trying this, then in keeping with probability your pal's dad and mom ought to legally replace into your foster dad and mom.
