Yes... I flirt with guys at work all the time... guys that already know I don't go out with anyone that I work with. It's just a way of being friendly. Sometimes I flirt with guys I know especially when I am trying to cheer them up or make them smile or laugh. I really don't do the "friendly flirt" things with guys who don't know me though... sometimes they can just take it the wrong way.

It depends on how "friendly" it stays, and whether the individual(s) can handle the consequences if things get a little warmer than expected. I think it can be fun, but can quickly become a flirtation with disaster. God Bless you.

Yeah it's not unusual for friends of the opposite sex to flirt playfully and not mean anything by it. However often if this is happening there is potential for more. Usually if a female "friend" is flirting with me heavily I take it as a hint and ask her out if I'm interested, usually she says yes.

Sure, every guy that grooms himself, any girl that adds that extra ummph to her outfit is planning to flirt. We all do it, even us older farts. But true flirting, the fun kind, is when you make the other look, but walk away leaving them wishing.

o yea! i flirt with my friends all the time!. doesnt mean i want to have a relationship or sleep with him. its just fun, makes us laugh
