if i am a minor and tell my psychologist i was at a few parties and got drunk would she have to tell my parents?? only answer if you are positive please.

Doctor-Patient Confidentiality ends whenever a LAW is broken - so in this case, you should be fine...

Underage drinking is only a crime to those who PROVIDE the alcohol - and besides, we've ALL done something like that before in our pasts ;););););)

No you are protected by the doctor-patient confidentiality law. The only way she can repeat what you say is if your life is in danger.

Well tell them this. I went to a party and had a little to much candy, and got a sugar high. Thats my only sugestion. :)

If she tell your parents you can sue her...
and she can onlly tell people stuff if it's involving you hurting yourself or someone else
