spybot search and destroy???

I have this, can anybody give me directions on how to use it, step-by-step?

It comes with a very good help file, but the Short course:

Click "Check for Problems". Wait until it's done looking. Click "Fix Problems" or whatever that new button says. Exit

Just run it and click the scan button. After done with scanning, it will show you a list of spywares and stuff. You can manually uncheck if you do not want to remove them (like cookies which stored your password to sites that you frequently visit).
