The head coach fires up the team. Where is the head coach of Al-Qaeda? Wouldn't a video of Bin Laden be an inspiration to the faithful? A great opportunity to motivate the followers. Yet there is no such video. Why?
Because he is dead or seriously infirm.

If you want to believe that you can but I don't he is biding his time
If he was dead he would be a martyr you seem to forget these people value death more than life.
Also it wouldn't be that hard to get him kidney donor and they do have doctors as well.
One thing for sure he isnt in Iraq and the head of USA intelligence only said a couple of months ago he is alive but we just cant find him.

Not kidney failure, he was most likely blown to bits by a Daisy Cutter 2 years ago. Remember when the US got DNA samples from his family members, but there was so little left of the remains of about 35 terrorists, they were checking blood samples found in pieces of the terrorists.
