Take it out, and reinsert it.

If this does not fix a simple bad contact problem, the battery has most likely reached the end of its ability to hold a charge.

Replace.

Depending on the age of the laptop, you might want to consider a new one.

It's just possible that the internal charging circuit has died, but repairing that may not be worth the cost either.

Change Battery, if still not working maybe the chips for charging cell is damage. Have it look by the qualified Tech.
