YUM...those are great!.....Try.......they are orgasmic...... Get the big colossal super giant pitted black olives....
Mix up 1/2 cup Philly cream cheese and 1/2 cup crumbled bleu cheese in a bowl....let the Philly set an hour out of the fridge so it is more mixable. Stir them both up in a bowl.
I like to add anchovies and crush them up in the mixture.
Stuff those olives with the mixture and try not to eat them while you are making them. AWESOME!
My gramps made green olives stuffed with feta cheese....never found any that was close to his yet...

I haven't had olives stuffed with anything other than
pimentos, but I want to try them stuffed with garlic. I've had olives soaked in vodkas if that counts.

Other smaller olives. Also, sometimes I like them stuffed with love, hugs and/or kisses.
